We so hope you all managed to have a break over the holiday period – and are now rested and refreshed for 2023.
Recruitment to both Pearl and Selina is going well, we now have 575 patients recruited to Pearl and 28 recruited to Selina. Underlying aetiology continues to be distributed broadly as expected – please see tables and graphs below for more details.
PEARL
Our overall target of 3000 patients into Pearl remains a way off but we’re aiming to hit 2000 patients recruited by Autumn 2023 (the current recruitment end date of July 2023 will be extended in due course). This will require a concerted effort by all our site teams so we’d like to express our sincere ongoing appreciation for all your hard work on the study. There will be rewards up for grabs as we hit certain milestones on the way to our target 😊.
